Yes, a deposit equivalent to one month rental fee is required upfront.

Is the flat fully furnished?

Yes, we provide a room to share, furnished with a bed, study desk, chair, fitted wardrobe, communal kitchen with a stove, fridge and washing machine and free wifi. Water and electricity are included in the rental fee.
